Granite working top with premium quality stainless steel single bowl sink with drainboard in kitchen and stainless steel single bowl sink without drainboard in work area. Glazed tiles
dado up to 2 ft. height above countertop. Provision for a refrigerator, washing machine, water filter and exhaust fan.

Concealed plumbing line with standard quality pipes and fittings. EWC and washbasin of premium quality in toilets inside apartments.
